Arthritis At Home Episode 136 – Yoga with Ellen: Head, neck and upper back
In this episode of Arthritis at Home, ACE’s Programs Coordinator Ellen Wang, takes the audience through a 20-minute yoga practice that is focused on carefully articulating the head, neck, chest and upper back. Learn to ground deeply, set an intention for your practice and breath into unexplored areas in the body. Ellen combines her knowledge of human anatomy and yogic philosophy to take the audience through a mindful and accessible practice for all levels. All you need is a chair and strap/band/scarf or towel. Get ready to tune into your body and mind.
