Arthritis at Home 242 – ACE’s election advocacy efforts for the upcoming provincial elections

In this episode of Arthritis at Home, Cheryl Koehn and Kelly Lendvoy look at Arthritis Consumer Experts’ (ACE) election advocacy efforts for the upcoming provincial elections in British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Saskatchewan. ACE mobilizes its Election Advocacy platform for every federal, provincial, and territorial election to give voice to the arthritis community.

Elections offer a unique opportunity for voters to advocate for policies that can significantly impact arthritis prevention, research, treatment, and care. Find out how ACE’s process works: from distributing comprehensive questionnaires to all political parties and candidates to gathering their responses on the top issues faced by Canadians living with arthritis. These responses are then posted on the ACE website, allowing voters to compare party platforms and make informed decisions at the ballot box.
