Dr. Bhatia is the Director of the Institute for Health Systems Solutions & Virtual Care (WIHV) at Women’s College Hospital. His published research on virtual care services include Canada’s Virtual Care Revolution: A Framework for Success and Modernizing Canada’s Healthcare System through the Virtualization of Services.
