Arthritis At Home Episode 140 – Yoga with Ellen: Legs, hips, and glutes
In this episode of Arthritis at Home, ACE’s Programs Coordinator Ellen Wang, takes the audience through a 20-minute flow that is focused on releasing the legs, hips and glutes. You will learn how to lengthen some of the largest muscle in the body and become aware of differences on the left and right sides of the body. The entire practice is done lying on your back so grab a yoga mat, a towel, and a strap. Variations are provided for each posture so there is something for everyone.
